Convention 2025 (8 June 25) Fox hunting (7&8 June 25)

Convention Day on Sunday 8th June will be an exciting one.
There will be trade displays from Elite Communications from Brisbane and VKradio from Melbourne. Both suppliers will bring an exciting array of Ham gear and other goodies so don’t miss out on the opportunity to see the gear, chat with your two favourite suppliers and buy some quality equipment. We also have tables for pre-loved gear. Some nice prizes shaping up too for the door prize, homebrew competition and the big raffle.

There will be catering on the Sunday culminating with the Convention Dinner at night. The three course meal remains at $25 so remember to make your booking very soon. Send a message to sergconvention@gmail.com and Tim will sent a return email with instructions on how to pay. We need early advice and payment to help our caterer. No dinner bookings on the day. If last minute serious illness prevents your attendance we will reimburse your dinner payment.
Don’t forget to bring your entry in the Home Brew Competition to be judged during the afternoon.
Our guest speaker will present at 5:00PM followed by the Home Brew results and the foxhunting presentations. Dinner will follow at approximately 6:30PM.
Doors open at 8:00AM for exhibitors and 9:30AM for all others.
